Default Raid1 with K8T800, Via Chipset and Ide Drives

I had a scare last week when my primary HD wasn't seen in my Bios. I
was lucky, a cable had worked loose.

I would like to complete a Raid1 array using a mobo K8T800 with a Via
chipset, two 200 Gig Seagate IDE ultra ATA Drives, and a 400 gig IDE
drive as a slave. I am considering purchasing a HighPoint RocketRAID100
PCI IDE Controller Card RAID 0,1,0+1 JBOD.

Can I Raid1 the two Seagates and keep the third drive as a slave with
the already mentioned components?

TIA
