Default p4 overclocking error

Well, i just installed a water-cooling system to start overclocking -
fooled around with the fsb speed in bios and rebooted the computer.
Everything goes well until the computer tries to load windows. I get
an error saying

"Windows could not start because of an error in the software
Please report this problem as: load needed DLLs for kernel.
Please contact your support person to report this problem."

I know is not a problem from tryin to increase the fsb too much cuz I
tried from 133.3 x 17(original speed) to 133.6 x 17 and i still get
the same error msg. Do i need to do something in the registry or
what?

Did you overclock your pci bus? It should only run at 33Mhz. Anything over
33 will give you unwanted OS errors.
