Curious about memory and FSB speeds

I have a 2.26GHz Pentium 4 (SL67Y Malaysia) on an Asus P4B533 motherboard
updated to the 1014 BIOS. I also have 512MB of Infineon PC-2100 CAS Latency
2 RAM (2x256) and have owned this combo for a little over a year now. I
noticed that my processor can overclock fairly well. However, one thing I
never quite understood about overclocking is the relationship between memory
speed and the front side bus of the processor. Considering that my memory
is PC-2100 CL2, if I increase the front side bus any higher than the stock
133MHz, would I also be overclocking my memory? Also, what would be the
safest FSB speed on the processor with this particular memory? Is there any
specific reading on the web about this topic? I don't think this makes any
difference, but I plan to keep the AGP and PCI speeds at 66/33. Thanks!
