Default Differences between Xeon codes ? Which one for Asus PC-DL ?

I wanted to buy a pair of Xeon processors (2.4 or 2.66).
There seem to be two kinds of those, each with a different code.
One seems to be 1.495V and the other is 1.5v.
Can I fit either one into Asus PC-DL motherboard ? I can't find any info on
that.

thank you for the help,
Luke
