Default memtest86+ 5.01 reported RAM speed not credible

I was given an old HP Proliant server to fix. It only had a flat CMOS battery.
So I run memtest86+ and it says the memory is DDR3-4123!
This is a Nehalem EP generation, and only an E5506, which supported 800 speed
with ECC.
Also says CAS 19, which you would get with DDR4-4000 RAM.
