Pentium D Vs Pentium 4 HT
Hi there...
I'm considering purchasing new system for jacquard designing based on CAD system installed on Suse Linux 10 retail version.. What could be best motherboard & processor.. I'm confused between Pentium D & Pentium HT.. Is there any real difference in performance of both of these? or just name is different? I've tried to dig the google but not found difference between HT & Pentium D.. What could be better for CAD system? Will Suse 10 supports HT or Pentium D? If you can figure out good original motherboard from intel that works with Linux.. that will help me fiugre out system config. Thanx in Advance Ark |
