Default NEC /Packard Bell - hidden restore partition question.

Hi folks,

After a virus problem I used DBAN to format my hdd, and have
accidently erased the restore partion on my NEC PowerMate, which I had
not been aware of at the time.

Would you please be so kind and assist me what thsi partion is named
as and it's size. Perhasp you would be so kind and make a *.dir also.
Thanks.

When I called NEC this morning the "technical support guys" had been
of the opinion that the partion could not be erased.

If you could help I would appreciate a reply . Thanks
