Default Where can I get Packard Bell Navigator?

Where can I get PB Navigator? Is it freeware now that PB is out of business?
I couldn't find it online anwhere.

I did find MS Bob on vetusware.com, but it doesn't display right with
windows NT 4.

If you like PB Navigator, and have a *really* *fast* P.C., there's an even
better Bob clone on 3dna.com .
