Default any experience with Intel server boards

Hi,

i need hw for a small server (routing for 10 comp. LAN, some phpBB fora,
small mail server, etc. on SuSE Linux) and i think about P4 2.8 GB on Intel
server boards like S875WP1-E
(http://www.intel.com/design/servers/...s875wp1e_srvr&)
or SE7210TP1-E
(http://www.intel.com/design/servers/...7210tp1e_srvr&).
Does somebody have any experience with these boards and could explain me
for example the difference between 875 and 710 chipset and could also
compaire them generaly with Celeron, or Xeon boards. Are two onboard LAN
interfaces something special, or just the same as with ussual network
cards. I feel also unsure if i need something special to build such server,
like a special expensive chassis. Where could i get cheaper in Germany ?
What could be the real danger to buy such board in ebay without a guaranty
for 1/3 of the price. I must have 3 Y. guaranty from Intel itself, am i
correct ?

thank you in advance for any answere
