Default Capture Cards

Hi,

I'm about to start fooling around with streaming my own video.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a good capture card.
I might end up with a few cams ......well maybe 4.

I might want to fool with audio as well, someone recommended osprey
I'm looking for informed views....and you lot are it ! :-)

Cheers

Colinz
