Default P4P800 Deluxe vs Lexar JumpDrive Secure 256Mb

I have RMA'd this Lexar Jumpdrive Secure 256Mb twice to no avail. It
appears to be incompatible with my ASUS P4P800 Deluxe. Windows XP SP2
Disk management will not see, so i cannot format it. Also i cannot copy
or move files to it. I will appear in Windows Explorer. It will work
on my ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe fine. Believe it or not my first JumpDrive
actually worked for a time. Any suggestions?

Thanks
NBK
