Default Nvidia 8800GS S-video preview lock on a TV

Greetings,
I was wondering if anyone has had the ability to "lock" the view on a
TV used as a second device (via s-video) to "clone" with a computer
(VGA) monitor? I have the TV as a second display, and I'd like to
lock the view on the TV screen, but can't seem to find the option to
do so!
Any input would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Liz
