Default Ebuyer question

Can anyone shed some light as to what as happened here?

I've ordered several bits from Ebuyer, the delivery date is tomorrow.
My credit card has been charged for all of the items that I ordered.
One of the items was an 84p mains lead. This same 84p mains lead has
now reappeared today as a separate order, delivery date is next
Tuesday. I didn't place this order? I've already been charged for the
same Item, and now they're charging me 84p again + a £2.74 delivery
charge and VAT, £4.21 in total for something I've already ordered and
have been charged for. I don't understand??

It was explained in the order notes, the lead wasn't picked from my
original order, so they've credited me (not refunded) the price of the
lead and have automatically re-ordered me the lead again, but the
price of the carriage makes it too expensive, so I've cancelled it. I
glad I spotted it.

In cases like that, where the supplier splits a single order into more
than one delivery, it does not seem right that you have to pay
multiple delivery charges.

Are you sure they didn't credit you the carriage back as well? Or at
least refund the £2.74, it's not unusual for them to split an order, but
unusual to make you pay the additional carriage?

this happened to me. Phoned up customer services and they put the second
order on a special delivery free of charge so that I got it the next day,
and didn't pay any extra delivery charges.
