OMR Project
Hello,
Need a program in any language, .Net preferred... which can transform a scanned document, which have numbers or digits into a CSV File. Comma Separated text file. The scanned image is going to be an exam in which the students fill out multiple questions. Need some kind of OMR processing to extract data from the image. Will really appreciate any kind of help as my deadline is approaching fast  Also dont have much $$ to spend buying third party solutions.
