Default Good video card for DVD movies?

Hi Guys,

I currently have an ATI 7200 PCI with 32 MB ram and TV out. Performance,
games and windows look great (for the card's age I guess), but when I play
DVD movies, they are in need of some focus....I've tried many DVD movies and
well they just don't seem so sharp. I am running at 1024x768 @ 85 in 32 bit
color. I had bought my DVD rom to watch movies on the PC.

The video composite is terrible, can't really read what's on the TV screen.
This is with everything in general, not just movies.

What's a good card out there that will display movies crystal clear? I
have a good monitor, a Samsung 753DF and it's very sharp when it comes to
text and 3D games...

Thanks

Apparently Sigma Realmagic is the bees knees of DVD and video playback.
