Default Show me your Temps..

Yes that would be high for inside a case. Maybe the probe is too close
to the CPU, GPU, or chipset. What do you think it's referring to?

I think that would refer to the temperature inside your case?

Update,

By simply adding a 80mm fan at the front of the case blowing
back(pulling fresh air from slots in front of case) I dropped the idle
temp to 39c and load seems to stay under 50c.

So the fan only dropped your load temps by 5C?

Be sure to put a filter in front of the intake fan. It makes a huge
difference in dust buildup in my Lian-Li case.

The extra 80mm fan in the front of the case, yes, 5c, which is a lot
for a $3 fan IMO.
