Cheap Headless Fanless ITX System?

Hi - Anyone know where to find a complete (or parts for) a cheap
fanless headless mini-ITX system?
I must be looking in the wrong places because they seem to cost twice
as much as my $189 UMPC and they don't include a display, keyboard,
track pad, battery, power brick, webcam, OS, software, etc, etc.

Specialty items like that cost more than they should.

It is unusual to find a complete system with display,
battery, PSU, etc for $189 though, so you aren't really
making a reasonable comparison. $350 is closer to typical
pricing unless there are steep discounts and you won't
generally find such discounts on current gen/desirable ITX
gear, just the older junk like those using Via CPUs or I945
chipsets.
