Question USB keyboard
Hey folks,
Like the dumbass that I am, I spilled some water in my keyboard and killed it. I picked up a new one today and when I got it home realized that it's a USB keyboard. It actually has two USB jacks built into it which I think is pretty cool, but when I picked it out I didn't even think to check whether is was USB or not since I never knew they existed. Anyway, my main concern is if/when I go to upgrade or rebuild my system, should I be concerned that this keyboard may not work until Windows is actually installed? Specifically I'm thinking about potential problems tweaking BIOS settings, typing in Windows Key #'s, etc. Thanks, Nate |

This will detect and make your USB keyboard usable, as it did for my wireless usb keyboard. -- spammage trappage: replace fishies_ with yahoo |

Well I guess the crux of my question is whether or not I could enable legacy usb in the BIOS with my usb keyboard. I'll be getting a new mobo eventually. Sort of a "chicken or the egg" situation... |
