Default NewB AMD overclocking questions

I'm planning on overclocking an Athon XP 2100+ (T'bred "B") on an A7V8X-X
motherboard. I'm a little uninformed regarding the case, power supply and
cooling fan(s).

Should the case have the power supply and fan(s) built in?
How much of a power supply do I need?
How many fans do I need? (I've seen cases that come with 2, others with 4).
Should I buy fans made specially for overclocking?

Thanks.

If you are buying new, 350 watt or up should be fine Amd recommends an
exhaust fan on the bottom of power supply above cpu area(plus on its rear)
and a rear exhaust fan on case, plus I would add a intake fan on the front
in my opinion. The case fans should be of a none nosey variety as long as
they move air you should be fine. Now cpu fan is another story if your
overclocking there are lots of good cpu fans out there for overclocking if
you dont mind spending a few bucks. Thermalright make some nice stuff as
does Swiftech if you can afford them. Thermaltake also have some good
sinks.
