Default Help...Need odd monitor power cable

A friend has been given a Dell 20" monitor without the power cable
The serial # and writing on the back are all in Chinese or some type
of Asian script. It does say 2004fp on the black plastic on back and is
a Dell 20
non-widescreen.
Thing is it has a round 4-pin power connector. This is not the
standard 3pin female connector that fits almost all decktop cpus and
monitors.I've never seen one like this. The monitor has a round 4pin
female power connector requiring a 4pin round male cable.Hoping one of
the guru's here had seen one before and could help me out.Hate to see
a nice flat screen go to waste.
