Default Best RAID Block Size?

I have a Windows XP Pro box and am planning to stripe a couple of 120
GB disks into a bootable RAID array. What would be the best block
size to use for this 240 GB stripped RAID array?

I may also stripe a couple of 200 GB disks together and use the array
for archival, video editing, etc. What would be the best block size
to use for a 400 GB stripped RAID array?

Thanks!

Dave
