Default A7N8X: How set cmos for 512 HyperX/3500?

Please, I need help. Using above board with, for now, cache-enabled 1.8
Duron. How do I set cmos for 512 meg Kingston, HyperX, pc3500? It
presently registers as 256 meg, pc 2700(using CPUID & CPU-Z application).
Duron running at mult of 13.5 and fsb of ~150 for output of ~2050 mhz.
If that's all the cpu/ram combo is capable of, then how do I set cmos if
I change cpu to(already-owned) 2500, 333mhz Barton--locked multiplier, of
course!?
Thanks for ideas. sdlomi
