Yea, 120hz is what I found optimal for 3d glasses. Anything lower and
you see too much flickering as you are seeing half the monitor refresh
rate in each lense. A 100hz refresh rate using 3D glasses is the same
as looking at a monitor running at 50hz. Ouch. 120hz = 60hz for the
glasses and is not too bad.
