Default OKI DP 5000 - ALPS thermo tansfer printer gold/silver

hello, i have a new OKI DP 5000 (manufacturer: ALPS). its a thermotranfer
system and able tor print metallics fold/silver. this function works well.
i have problems with the printed colors. these look quite different,
compared to a rip. i know that the oki is not a rip printer but is there
anybody out there who knows some trcks and tips?
oki´s webpage is poor.
excuse my bad english and many thanks for helping me.
