Default Nvidia GeForce GT 640 Drivers for Card?

I have the Nvidia GeForce GT 640 Card on my Dell XPS 8500 and see it has driver
version 320.78 installed. I see the latest version on the Nvidia website is
version 332.21. An wondering if I should update to the latest driver or remain
with the current one I have. I not experiencing any nagging problems at this
time.

Thanks for any insights.
