Information on the display models at the store, here's what I get:

Compaq SR1650NX:

x86 Family 15, Model 47, stepping 2, 2200 MHz

AFAIK that's a Venice E3 core but AMD only uses names like, Venice,
Winchester etc. in their roadmaps so it's always difficult to correlate.
There's an attempt at some explanation in this thread:
http://forums.amd.com/index.php?showtopic=47972

eMachines T6524:

x86 Family 15, Model 47, stepping 0, 1989 MHz

Is either one of these a Venice E6? If not, what are they? It
looks like both are socket 939. Winchester? Newcastle?

Venice E6 - does that exist? Neither is a Winchester (model 31) or
Newcastle (model 15) but the 3500+ is difficult since there are 6 different
core versions.

And what's with the 1989 MHz speed on the eMachines?

I'm not sure if Cool 'n' Quiet could hit that.
