Default AcerNote Light 350PC

Hi,
I have an AcerNote Light 350PC with an Intel Pentium Processer. It
worked fine one day, and then the next day, I turned it on, NOTHING.
The only thing that happens when I turn it on is the green power light
goes green, the lights all blink for about 1 second, the hard drive
spins up, then after about 10 seconds makes one little "click" noise.
It responds to nothing. The battery is missing from this unit
(completely discharged, useless), but works fine with AC. Any
suggestions guys?

Thanks,
~Mitch
