Default Question: Wireless Keyboard & Mouse

I ordered a pair of Dell 9150 machines this week with the wireless keyboard
and mouse options.
I am new to setting up and using the wireless option, and now wondering if
the signal is generic
and can cause problems with multiple machines in a small office area. These
units are being put
in different offices about 30-40 ft. apart, but one office will need 2 more
machines in the near future,
so thinking ahead if this is going to be a problem.

Thanks for any help.

Kevin

No problems with any of mine as I think they seek out there own channel or
something like that. I don't use the mouse though... or at least not when
I'm playing around with photos.

Default Question: Wireless Keyboard & Mouse

this issue is not new to the manufactures of these wireless products.
if you purchased the bluetooth type will not be a problem at all.
if you purchased the usb/radio technology type then 30 feet is beyond the
range of these products so there is nothing to worry about until you have
the need to install them in much closer proximity. when you want to place
them closer then read the instructions that come with the device. there
should be a procedure to deal with devices that are in close proximity. i
recall doing this years ago with logitech wireless devices and you had to
hook them up one at a time and wait a period before introducing a new device
if you wanted them to work in close proximity to each other.

I wondered the same thing. I have had two Logitech wireless keyboards
of the same model and there was no problem.
