Default Abit Raid m'board and CPU limit

I have an 18 month old Abit Raid m/board with currently an 1800+ AMD
processor. I'm in the market to upgrade the CPU, but find there is a limit
of 2100+

So I am thinking about changing the m'board as well, but I need the on board
Raid controller. There are several reasons, the main one being I have 2
HD's, DVD, CDRW, ZIP, so the std m'board just won't have enough IDE
connectors.

I also have 512Mb of DDR RAM that can be re-used

Therefor my criteria for a new board is,
DDR RAM
Able to go up to 2600+ (ish) AMD processor
Raid (not serial!)
Promise contrller - not mandatory, but it will probably prevent me
having to restripe the drives if it's the same raid controller as I
currently have

Does any one have any recommendations??
