Ghost sending emails? That's spooky.

My antivirus/security program McAfee, alerted me to the fact that Norton
Ghost tried to send e-mail.

The process it said was:
c:\Program Files\Norton Ghost\Agent\ProSvc.exe\

Process description:
Service Module

I didn't just register Ghost or anything, so I don't know why it would be
using my e-mail program to send messages. (unless it really was a "ghost."
lol.)

Does anyone know what information it may be sending back to Norton?

I'm using Ghost 10 and the sending of emails is a setup option and the
emails are sent to the address specified during setup, i.e., not Symantec.

Open Ghost, left click Options - one of the tabs is Notifications.

That brings up a good point. That's probably what it is. The only thing
is, I've tried to set that up, but it keeps saying that i have an error.
Have you had luck in getting ghost to send you emails when it reports a
problem?

Yeah, but I turned it off - served no purpose.
