Default Rebuilding Notebook Battery. For Toshiba Laptop 4100XDVD battery part #PA2487U

Is it possible? How dangerous is it? I have heard that if you open
its case, you will find several 1.5 AA batteries soldered in a row. Is
that correct? Please let me know your thoughts
