Default Netvault 7.1 with Breece Hill 8-Pak AIT3

I started with a new company and I inheirited a backup system problem.
This has a NetVault 7.1 with patch E installed. A Breece Hill 8 pak
library, on a Windows 2000 server.

The 8-pak has the library set to SCSI 0 and the tape drive itself set to
SCSI 1.

The library has been replaced by Breece Hill, but the problem is the same.

In device manager, the library automatically appears but he tape drive
is only visible when manually added.. The problem lies in NetVault - it
will see the library but will not see the tape drive. Bakbone had me
uninstall and reinstall, then remove the devices in device manager and
reboot the server. RSM is disabled in Windows per Bakbone's instructions.

Bakbone is stumped. Any ideas?

Mike
