Default Ordering from Dixons online

I will not use Dabs (Dumb Arrogant Bast**d Supplier) again.

Took more than 3 weeks to get an RMA. Then no news of what happen! I wanted
a replacement but because they do not talk to customer, all e-mails goes
unanswered, I have no indication of what has happened to my return!

I msut say they used to be good; but now, like others re-sellers (Simply is
one of those!) - they have gone from bad to worse.

I ordered my printer on the 29th Dec and it turned up on 20 Jan - the
customer services line is rubbish - I held for 25 mins before they answered
but I got no reply at all from the emails I sent either....

Ordered a Freeview set top box 14/01/04, got an e-mail today saying it
has been despatched via Securicor. Web site said it could take up to
14 days for despatch. Must have been delays over Xmas, as they were
busier than previous years.
