While installing any printer: Specified Port is Unknown...
Im running WinXp Pro, SP2. While attempting to install an Officejet
D135, I get this error at the end: The Specified Port is Unknown. For some reason, the Dot4_001 Port doesn't get created. When I check under Server Properties within Printers and Faxes, it shows the drivers are loaded but it doesn't show up as a printer I can select to print with. Any ideas? Tx.
