Default Which Armada Model is/was the best one?

hi,
i want to buy a second hand compaq laptop on ebay. it should have
around 400-500 mhz and i think that this range is covered by the
armada family (?). There are thousands
of different armada´s out there and i would like to know which one was
the best/high end model?

Thanks,

Euro
