Gigabyte MB with video?
I am coming round to buying a Gigabyte board rather than my initial choice
Intel. The P35 chipset looks about right for my business, sound and and graphics needs. Don't game and don't intend to overclock. The computer needs to be - quiet as possible - stable and reliable - PS2 keyboard - USB2 - min 6 external sockets - e-SATA would be nice - onboard network, sound and video - supports DDR2 800 - Supports CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 Price not a problem. The problem is I cannot find a selector on any website which allows me to enter these requirements (especially the onboard video) and then shows boards which match - not even on Gigabytes site. All the board manufacturers make far too many boards to be able to trawl through the details. Any help? Davy |

The purpose of the post was to help out the OP: It just happened that my website was the place I thought best to get said help. You will notice that in other instances I've recommended and linked to many other sites that have nothing to do with me but where I feel the OP can get the best help qavailable to them within the limits of my knowledge. However if recommending my own site once in a while upsets you so much I'll not do it in future. -- http://www.kustomkomputa.co.uk - Personalised Desktop Computers |

It does, however, **** newsgroups up totally if allowed to happen. Cheers - Jaimie -- "Phnglui mgwlnafthth Cthulhu rlyey wghnagl fthagn." "In his flat in Bromley, drunk Cthulhu waits knitting? In this particular case the OP asked for someone to recommend a supplier of a particular service, and that is what you did. I haven't noticed you pushing Kustomcomputa excessively so I don't think there's any risk of the newsgroups being swamped by advertising. I recall that you have been a very helpful member of the group. I don't think you should take this complaint seriously. You can't expect to post to usenet without getting flamed occasionally. -- |

Why is it so difficult? Davy |
