Default how to indentify motherboard and extend mem

Hi,
I have a HS XA Allround 600k RTR MidiTower PC with PIII CPU, 600MHz
bought 1999 from vobis.de. The motherboard has a VIA VT82C596A chip.

1. how can i identify the board ?
there is nothing written on the platine, vobis won't help
2. where can i get a Award modular BIOS v4.51PG Users Guide ?
I cannot find at www.award.com
3. How can one acomplish, that a board sees both memory chips:
an old one 128 MB and a new one 256 MB SDRAM PC133 ?
Til now it sees only 255 MB

thanks in advance, zbyszek
