Default RLP memories

Hello all,
I don't see much activity here, but I'll ask anyway.

I have some mems in my PC, ref CM72SD1024-3200/S and I wanted to get more.
But what I received are CM72SD1024RLP-3200/S G and they don't work (I get a
bunch of POST beeps).

What is the meaning of this 'RLP' and what is the problem ?
Thanks
