Default Psp photo album 5

Hi all
I have come to the end of the trial period for photoshop and now have the
retail version.
I have installed psp photo album but I cant access it. I keep getting the
message "your trial version has ended " and encourages me to buy the retail
version.
I have taken out all of jasc stuff from the registry, but this message
keeps returning. Any one any ideas how to clear this? (btw I have spent 15
min trying to get hold of their customer support)
Brian

sounds like the registration number you entered didn't take. you did
enter a registration number into the trial version, right?

brian, maybe i don't understand your situation or my question wasn't
clear.

usually, a trial version runs without any sort of serial/registration
number. at the end of the trial or whenever you decide to purchase
the retail or uncrippled version the publisher will give you a reg
number to pop into the trial version. is that what happened?

you might try a complete uninstall and then re-install the retail
version.
