Default PC Case/PSU Recommendation

Oops... I accidently posted in the 24hr helpdesk.. was meant for the group.
Hi guys, I'm looking to upgrade my system in the near future - I'm probably
gonna buy one of the 'Upgrade Kits' from Komplett as I've purchased hardware
from the site before and was very happy with the service.
http://komplett.co.uk/k/kl.asp?bn=10300

As I'm probably going for the AMD 64 3000+, I'm gonna need to a new PSU
(currently have a Tsunami 300W PSU).
What PSU should I go for, would I need 400W or would it be better to pay a
little more and get a 450W PSU.

I'm looking for a case that looks attractive, and has options for a number
of case fans (my current case hasn't a single case fan - only one is on the
processor)
As I don't intend to upgrade the 'core' of the PC for at least 3yrs after
this I want it to look and do "the business"

Thanks in advance

I would recommend spending the extra $$$ and getting a 450 watt PSU. But
MAKE SURE IT IS BRAND NAME! I personally have a love for antec, never had a
problem with them. As far as cases go, couldn't help you there, i
manufacture all my own cases.
