Problem with Planet Micro
I would just like to share my experience with Planet Micro.
I ordered a Diamondmax 9 HDD and a Sony DDU1621 DVD rom as clearly described in their online product description. When the delivery arrived I received a refurbished Diamondmax 10 (the 10 has a different power connector to the 9) and a Sony DDU1615. When I brought this to their attention they seemed fairly disinterested and gave me an RMA to return them. They received the returned goods a week ago and they still say it is going to take another 7 to 10 days to credit my card! Is it me or is this unacceptable? Bert |
