I can not find CT32M64S8D7E on www.crucial.com. I would bet it's some kind
of typo. All I could find was 4D. Where did you see this from?

All Intel with the 815EP chipset Crucial - CT32M64S8D7E

Asus and Soyo with the 815EP chipset Crucial - CT32M64S4D7E

Strange that they have two different modules for these boards since they
both have the same chipset.
Was wondering if one overclocked better that the other. There's also a
twenty dollar (usd) price difference

Well if there's a $20 difference (I'm in US also), then, AFAICT, the more
expensive one is going to be better (obviously). This could be for a number
of reasons. The most probable is that the more expensive has a lower
latency. Do a google search for "CAS Latency" to learn more on this. It
could also be because the more expensive one is made of higher quality
parts. This would lead to less crashes and hangs. Also, (I'm not sure if
this is available with non-ddr sdram), one of them could be ECC (error
correction/correcting code). That will lead to less errors as well but only
some motherboards support them. I doubt that one is more overclockable than
the other -- I have never seen RAM overclock very well in speed. My BIOS
doesn't have an option to set the latency and other options so I really
can't tell you much about the other abilities of RAM as I don't have
experience with it. Perhaps someone else can enlighten you.

Hope that helped

The S4 and S8 refer to the refresh rate of the DIMM. It doesn't
matter for synchronous ram so buy the less expensive one.
