i950 and refilling
I print primarily photos and some general purpose stuff.
What are the group's opinion regarding refilling the Canon i950 carts? Is it worth the effort? are the ink supply kits good for this purpose? who makes a good ink kit? TIA Steve |

The JetTec 950 cartridges would save you money and a 5 colour refill kit is
also there. As below Tony -- Inkylink JetTec UK Quality - Wot others wanna-be Epson 950 C70/80/82 Lighfast pigmented inks. Canon BCI-3 i750 BCI-6 S-820 / S-900 series. www.aah-haa.com "Steve Dell" wrote in message ... I print primarily photos and some general purpose stuff. If saving money is worth it to you then do it. It brings the price for ink
down to a point where good paper is the only real expense. It is really easy to refill these ink tanks. "Steve Dell" wrote in message ... I print primarily photos and some general purpose stuff. This is good to hear because that is where I bought my refill kit for my
i950. I only had to refill two colors so far but the ink seems consistent and the price brings the ink cost down to a fraction of what new ink tanks would cost. wrote in message news:a3ed7d7672b5d717e2f6410b0a3c0ee0@TeraNews... TIA Steve Being a current (and long time) re-filler of Epson, Canon, and HP, and yes even a Lexmark, I recommend www.inksupply.com. I am now using ONLY their ink as they seem to have each makers ink formula pretty much NAILED. Other brands work, for sure, but they have been VERY reliable.(and fairly inexpensive) They sell their ink according to which cartridge you are re-filling NOT the same ink for all HP printers, or the same for ALL Canons ect. -- Larry Lynch Mystic, Ct. |
