Invalid BOOT.INI file

How do I get rid of this message appearing as I boot the computer into
Windows XP?

Not sure how or why it got there it just appeared, possibly after installing
Nero, but could be mistaken.

Not a big problem because immediately following the message I get "Booting
from C:\Windows" and all is well.

I just find the message annoying.

problem by using XPs Restore function.
