Default Logitech G15 Keyboard Question

Got this new G15, all was fine, then noticed the "enter" key no longer
works. The one on the number pad does, but not the one on the main key area.
Is there a menu that toggles it off and on maybe?

No, there's no menu for that. Seems you have a faulty keyboard.
