windows 2k box reboots while networker is running now nsrd.exe wont start.

Default windows 2k box reboots while networker is running now nsrd.exe wont start.

we run networker 6.1.3 on a windows 2k server box...it backs up 8
clients....the other night the server rebooted itself (while the
backup was running)...now nsrd.exe will not start up on bootup....i
tried starting it up in services and no go...

here is daemon log file output
