Is MMC 9.03 Newer Than 9.1 ???

I'm confused about MMC versions. Last July I downloaded MMC 9.1 from
the ATI website. Now, ATI's website lists MMC 9.03 as the latest
version.

Whats going on with the version numbers? Is 9.03 actually newer than
9.1?

Perhaps someone (at ATI) has decided to start adding a "0" (zero)
after the "." in the version number. If so, I wish they'd be a little
more consistent in their numbering scheme.

9.03 is the latest but there is more. 9.01 came out with the HDTV Wonder and
is newer than 9.1. Just to make things even more interesting 9.02 displays
as being 9.03. Little wonder the software is screwed up when they don't even
put enough effort into it to keep the version numbers straight.
