What are your uses of the system?

If you care about battery life more than gaming, go with
integrated video.

The 140M is a newer generation and as such, supports more
features including DirectX10. As such, it will perform
higher at certain benchmarks like 3Dmark06, and support more
gaming features up until the point where you have to start
disabling such features to retain an acceptible framerate.

If all else were equal (same price, and other notebook
features), I'd go with the 140M, but all else may not be
equal and neither of these are powerhouse gaming
solutions... you won't be comfortable playing next year's
games on them, for example, unless all eyecandy was turned
down. For the cost increase of putting either in a laptop,
you might be able to buy a far better desktop gaming video
card, and when the laptop produces less heat it not only
runs longer on a battery charge, it is quieter with less fan
noise, wear, and dust buildup.

4.0 for Aero Graphics
4.6 for gaming graphics

Graphic (Aero): 3.4
Graphic (gaming): 3.6

The notebook has other important properties, like speed of
CPU, size of RAM, and those matter too.
