Default resolution of images on CD

Hi everyone!

I am really enjoying printing on my CDs with my new Epson photo r200.
I have been locating images through Google. However the images are
always thumbnails and much smaller in size than the CD so come out
blurred when printed. Are there places where one can find bigger
images that don't blur? I am talking album covers here. I have tried
putting in searches for wallpaper but without much effect...

I know I'll get flamed, but why not just buy the CD?

Naw no one would flame you for saying that.. Because if he is printing
on cd's and needing the album covers to match then he must have the
original that he is making the back up of. Surely, he could scan it
and have all the dpi he wants...

http://www.cd-covers.com/ has a list of sites that contain CD artwork.

http://www.coveruniverse.com/search.php is a good search engine.

http://www.coverkingdom.net/covers.php?area=audio has a wide range of
reasonable resolution covers.

Searching on "CD covers" or "album covers" in Google will turn up lots
more possibilities.

You'll not find many very high res images out there, but there's lots that
are better than thumbnails. If the ones you find aren't high enough res
for you, a program such as QImage will do a pretty good job of up-scaling.

Jon.
