I blew out the fan with canned air and the temp is 61-60C?

Mine (6800GS BFG AGP) has idled at 55C since the day I installed it (about 2
years ago). Some cases just don't move the air as well as others. Also
under heavy game play it will peak up to about 85C. Just keep it clean
regularily and you will have no problems...

you may want to remove the heatsink and fan unit clean off the old
thermal paste and apply some new paste
they are just like cpu's after time the thermal paste doesn't work as
well as it did when first applied
i had a smiliar prob with an fx 5950 ultra cleaning and reapplying help
drop the temp by about 8 degree's

and a SINGLE drop of 3 in 1 oil (machine oil not wd40) on the bearing
wouldnt do any harm

It could idle at 70C for all I care. The important number is the load
temperature. Run the strip chart in Rivatuner in the background while
playing an intense game to get a temperature plot. Anything below 90C is
acceptable for load temperature.

I wouldn't worry about that temp either. Just keep an eye on it when
the card is under load. Mine went up to 90C before I cleaned out my
case, and 61C wouldn't worry me at all.
